The transmission is a conventional three-speed sliding gear manual unsynchronized unit with a single speed reverse. The paint is in good shape and has a nice shine. It has the ford wire wheels (including spare) and are mounted with 4. 75-5. 00 x 19 universal tires and tubes. Its windows are great shape, crack- and haze-free. The vehicle's lights are in good operating condition including the headlights and tail light. There's a modern horn near the grille and the car's bumpers are in good shape. The rumble seat is excellent shape, as are the steps on the back bumper and left rear fender that permit access to the rumble seat. The seat, headliner, door panels and dashboard are all in excellent condition. The speedometer, odometer, amp meter and fuel gauge are good working condition and the dash light also works. Also included is a luggage rack (see picture) that can be attached. We can coordinate shipping anywhere.

Here is a great running 1928 ford model a coupe with rumble seat. This car is original with the flathead 4 cylinder engine and 3 speed manual transmission in the floor. It has the foot starter on the floor. It cranks up and runs very good. It is an all steel body with fiberglass fenders and running boards. The paint is decent but not perfect. The hood is the worst on the paint but overall very presentable. All the glass is good. It has the push out front windshield. The interior of the car has green cloth material but has not rips or tears. The rumble seat was done in a tan vinyl material and is also in very good condition. The gas tank is still in front of the windshield and it has the gas cutoff valve under the dash. Overall a very solid and nice model a. The tires are goodyear 4 ply rating and are 4. 40/4. 50/21 with the wire spoke wheels. It has dual side mounts.

The sport coupe was a very popular model for ford, the car has a fabric roof styled to resemble the convertible but to have the comfort of the coupe. The rumble seat is finished in brown vinyl and looks perfect. The current owner purchased the car in june 2014 and several new items have been installed since then. Only about 70 miles has been put on the car since it was purchased. The odometer now shows 1091 but cannot be verified as accurate due to the age of the car. This car is always garaged. The interior is mohair. It has dual side mounts and a rumble seat. Authentic repair kit with actual period tools in the wood box is included.
