Starting with a rust free all original metal car, this project evolved into a full rotisserie restoration which has been recently completed. Only the best parts, materials and worksmanship were utilized to finish off one of the last of the legendary 428 Cobra Jet Mach ones ever built.

Up for sale we have a very sweet frame-on restored 1970 Ford Torino Cobra with aMarti report! Painted in the gorgeous, original Grabber Green, the car wasrestored with all Ford parts and the turn-out was amazing! The car has a "built"429 Big Block Ford that was completely gone through and no expenses were spared. The car has A/C with a brand new pump but it needs plumbing to be complete andoperational (it is a factory A/C car). -4-Speed Manual Transmission with HurstShifter. -4.11 Gears-Mild Cam (Has a nice rumble)-Headers -3 Inch Exhaust withFlow-Master Mufflers (the car sounds amazing!) -Brand New Magnum Wheels withBrand New Tires. The body on the car is very straight and all body panels are ingreat shape! The car was built to drive, not to be a trailer queen. It runs anddrives great and has plenty of power! What makes it rare isthe fact that the car was specially ordered with A/C, a factory bench seat and a4 speed. I am selling the car because I don'tdrive it, due to a growing business that takes up all of my time. Air Conditioning

Seller's comments and description: 1970 mustang mach 1 351 windsor 2v fmx auto grabber blue on black3. 00 traction lok rear axle parked in 1976, brought out of hibernation and back to running and driving condition this year. This included installing oil pan and valve cover gaskets, trans pan gasket and filter, engine oil and filter, fuel filter, air filter, points, fuel tank, fuel sending unit, rubber fuel lines replaced, starter, stainless steel brake lines and calipers/wheel cylinders, pads/shoes, hardware kit, both u-joints, and installed 2 1/2" dual exhaust to nice sounding mufflers that are turned down just ahead of rear axle. This car starts, runs(does not leak a drop), shifts, and drives (have put 50 miles on it) as a original car of this era should. The choke works, all lights work-including sport lights in the grill, turn signals in hood scoop, reverse lights, and every interior light! What doesn't work is the speedometer (cable is cut by exhaust-replacement cable included not installed), fuel gauge, clock, and the original a/c items are missing under hood and i do not have the factory wheels. Check out this interior, no split seams, or cracks in the dash pad! Air Conditioning

Red always looks good on a mustang, and with a repaint just a few years ago, this brandywine coupe has a lot of style. The coupe neatly blends the aggressiveness of the fastback with a more conservative look, creating a car that looks fast but fits in anywhere. Paint and bodywork are nicely done, and this has never been a rusty car, so the sheetmetal is straight and it has a nice shine. Gaps are good, panel alignment is straight, and it's clear someone took their time putting it together. They didn't bother with stripes or other paint tricks, but it does have a chin spoiler, hood scoop, and rear wing to make it look aggressive. A lot of mustang enthusiasts will argue that the front-end of the 1970 models was the best ever fitted to ford's pony car, and there's simply no angle from which this car doesn't look good. It's got a clean, smooth look that's very appealing. Chrome trim is a combination of excellent original stuff and restored items, adding just enough flash to retain the 1960s look. The interior is mostly original with a few upgrades that make it a lot of fun to drive. The high-back buckets wear what might very well be the original black vinyl seat covers, and aside from some wear on the driver's outer bolster, they're in good overall shape. The door panels are also probably original, showing faux wood inserts that make the mustang feel upscale, and there's an aftermarket center console in the middle, complete with a pair of cup holders. The factory gauges in their deeply inset panel are all fully functional and are visible through the spokes of a custom grant gt steering wheel with a matching black leather rim. The original radio is gone, replaced by an am/fm/cd/ipod stereo head unit that fits in the original radio's slot without modifications, and new mustang-logo floor mats have been installed to protect the carpets. The trunk has been freshened with gray mouse fur upholstery that is a bit more upscale than the original mats and gives it a polished look. The engine is an f-code 302 cubic inch v8, which is how this car came from the factory. A big chrome air cleaner announces the upgrades pretty clearly, and things like the valve covers and shock tower brace are chrome, so it has a great look. It's linked to a c4 3-speed automatic and a rock-solid 9-inch rear with 3. 00 gears inside, so it's far from radical but easy to drive. AM/FM✔ CD Player
